Chicken Fried Steak
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers crushed
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1 1/2 tsp each garlic and onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs beaten
- 4 cube steak
- 2-4 tbsp. lard, Crisco, or oil
Combine all dry ingredients. Dip steaks first in egg, then press into crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil 10 minutes per side over medium heat.
